Online Learning Management System for All Employees

St. Vincent's Health provides acute medical and surgical services, aged care, diagnostics, rehabilitation, allied health, mental health, palliative care and residential care. It owns and manages a number of facilities including St. Vincent's Hospital Melbourne, St. George's Health Service, Prague House and Caritas Christi Hospice.

After an extensive search and rigorous tender process, St. Vincent's Health selected Global Vision Media to provide online training for 3,500 staff in medical or medical-related areas. After using an online training system that was inflexible and difficult to customise for a number of years, St. Vincent's wanted us to increase efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility, and reduce the cost of training.

Our solution includes the full range of content required to maintain knowledge standards among leading health professionals. This content is created and managed by hospital staff and we help train existing staff so they can continue to produce content internally. However, in true partnership fashion, we will help fill any resource gaps brought about by time or skills constraints.

Over time, St. Vincent's will extend the program to 1,500 support and other non-medical personnel.
