Global Vision Media has been providing video, multimedia and web services to federal and state government departments in Australia for more than a decade. When the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade wanted a product to foster good relations between Australia and Japan, they looked to our considerable expertise and experience in Australian education.
Discovering Australia is a lively 50 minute Japanese language video about Australian society, environment and wildlife, commissioned by the Australian Government as a gift to all junior high schools in Japan. A young cartoon character, Jenny, introduces students to various aspects of Australia that are part of the Japanese school curriculum. The video was presented to the government of Japan in 2000.
