Holden rolls out LMS in national workshops
Global Vision Media's team has provided Holden and SAAB dealers with Face to Face training in the new corporate LMS.
The team provided between 40 and 70 days of Face to Face training around the country. This was supported by 'roadshow' style PowerPoint, printed material and Just-in-Time quick reference cards, which in turn were supported by an online tutorial and Virtual Classroom delivery where these were considered appropriate. The aim was to ensure an efficient mix of new training requirements delivered within an existing framework where possible.
The first step for Global Vision was to examine Holden's existing Face-to-Face training strategy as a prelude to determining an effective national rollout strategy. During this initial analysis, Global Vision made sure to include purpose built metrics to enable a proper review on conclusion of the first zone rollout. This set-up a powerful review of phase one and, more importantly, better performance on phase 2.
Global Vision provided assistance with Training strategy, Training plans, Training location/Scheduling, field review and input to review process.
