Global Vision Media developed an e-learning CD ROM for healthcare workers woriking in aged care facilities. The CD ROM was designed to train health care workers on how to care for people with dementia.

This e-learning module is unique, in that it has a 'Mentor' to guide the health care worker through the learning resource. The video of the Mentor was done on a green screen at Gloibal Vision studios and then superimposed onto the flash e-learning module. The benefit of this style of learning is it gives a credible voice to the learning and engages the learner more over a screen of text.
