GV Media has developed learning objects packaged to the IMS Content Packaging Specification (V1.1.4) and described with the Vetadata (V1.0) specification. We know how to structure SCORM 1.2 modules as discrete re-purposable SCO units and validated both against the ADL SCORM 1.2 test suite and a certified SCORM-compliant Learning Management System prior to release.
